A 90-minute balanced hybrid of Yin and Restorative Yoga. Begin your practice with breathwork and centering, followed by a slow flow of yin deep stretches, held for 3-7 minutes. Then lead through prop-supported restorative postures for a deeper physical relaxation to promote calmness and clarity.
