Heat from the stones penetrate into muscles, melting away layers of physical & emotional tension, resulting in a deep state of relaxation.
Glowga is a glow in the dark yoga experience. Dig out your neon, pick up your glowsticks and paint your glow on your body. This practice will help you find a new found since of balance & fun.
