Thai massage combines the principles of acupressure whereby the Sens are stimulated to balance/move energy throughout the body with passive yoga stretches. Thai yoga massage may provide relief from muscular tension, increase range of motion all while experiencing a reduction stress levels.
A deeply soothing inward form of yoga where the body is placed in therapeutic postures supported by bolsters, blocks & cozy blankets. Heated basalt stones are placed on the body. Heat from the stones penetrate into muscles, melting away layers of physical & emotional tension, resulting in a deep state of relaxation.
