On your return enjoy some homemade soup, and our wood burning Sauna to warm the soul. An experience that will awaken your energy and leave you feeling blissful.

Experience deep relaxation and renewal. A blend of supportive postures, with the healing warmth of smooth basalt stones. Stones are gently placed to ease muscle tension to fully unwind. Each pose is supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks. Completely surrender, and restore balance from the inside out.

Thai massage combines the principles of acupressure whereby the Sens are stimulated to balance/move energy throughout the body with passive yoga stretches. Thai yoga massage may provide relief from muscular tension, increase range of motion all while experiencing a reduction stress levels.

A deeply soothing inward form of yoga where the body is placed in therapeutic postures supported by bolsters, blocks & cozy blankets. Heated basalt stones are placed on the body. Heat from the stones penetrate into muscles, melting away layers of physical & emotional tension, resulting in a deep state of relaxation.
